Give me a moment

 I am about to set up this blog. That said, I have the beginnings of Gastroparesis, and I would like to talk about how to manage it with food and exercise.

If you don't know, it is a disease where your stomach does not digest food normally. It takes longer, and if you are not careful, you can puke. I am going to see if a cooked vegetable salad will not make me feel like puking. But I am working on primarily soups and shakes first.


It is more common with people who have diabetes than anything else. But I don't have diabetes, I have Hashimoto Thyroiditis, scleroderma, and I have had norovirus a few years ago, from my son getting it at school.


Let's focus on making meals that we don't puke!
